Very tasty and lite slice

Actually more like 4 1/2. What kind of icing should go on this? It didn't last long enough; everyone gobbled it up before I iced it. it was like a dry & crumbly brownie. I think it needs more cocoa or some chocolate. The coconut adds nice texture and flavor. VERY quick & easy. It was oven ready before the oven was ready! This will get made again just because it is so fast & easy. Made for PAC Spring '10.

  1. Heat oven to 180c. Grease a 20cm x 30cm tin.
  2. Melt butter,sift flour,baking powder into a bowl. Stir in cocoa,coconut and sugar. Stir in melted butter and mix well. A little extra butter may be needed if it feels a bit dry. Press firmly into tin.
  3. Bake 10-15 minutes.
  4. Ice while warm and cut into squares.
  5. A little extra coconut can be sprinkled over the top of the icing if desired.
