- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Stir in evaporated milk, syrup, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until mixture is smooth.
