  2. Fabulous Rum Balls! It's fudgy, it's easy/quick to make and so delicious! After melting the choc in the microwave, I used the food processor in chopping the pecans, cookies and mixing them all together. Keeper! Thanks for posting this, Sam #3.

  3. Excellent! I like that these are so easy! I used the chocolate creme Oreo's and they are fantastic. I should have done them them night before, but I guess I didn't read that part, so i just put them in the back part of the fridge for a couple of hours and then rolled them and covered them with coconut and that worked just fine. I love the coconut rum flavor!

  4. I'm not giving these any stars because I made some changes which resulted in the recipe not working out for me. In place of the Oreo cookie crumbs I used chocolate cookie crumbs as the store was out of the former and I really wanted to make these. Also, in place of the corn syrup I used maple syrup. After refrigeration the dough turned quite hard but I managed to rescue it by running it through my food processor. After that it wasn't wet enough to pick up the coconut and I had to mix the coconut into the dough. Next time I'll stick to the recipe. Sorry Sam#3. Made for PRMR tag.

  5. Malibu rum balls!! I loved the flavor of these rum balls, they're a little bit tropical with lots of yummy chocolate. I rolled them the second day as suggested and they were very easy to roll after being cooled first, this is easily my favorite rum ball recipe ever!!!
