Enjoy this near zero fat summertime delight. This chocolate ice cream is 0g of fat, 40g of protein, and less than 20g sugar (good fructose sugar). http://www.mealitary.com/desserts/chocolate-rugged-peak/
- 1 frozen bananas, chopped up into cubes or 100 g frozen bananas
- 4 ice cubes
- 40 g chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon fat free Greek yogurt or 15 g fat free Greek yogurt
- 15 ml walden farms chocolate syrup
- 30 ml unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- Put everything except for the syrup inside the magic bullet.
- Blend for about 1 minute.
- Put in freezer for about 4-6 hours.
- Dump ice cream into bowl and pour some syrup.
