Love this yummy treat. Just right when you want a little something chocolate-y. I have made it several times now, and I actually like it better when I reduce the cocoa to one heaping tablespoon- seems a little bitter with 2. And I love to eat it piping hot!

This is so quick, easy and delicious it is even good enough to serve to unexpected guests. I double or triple it and cook it in a pyrex measuring cup. It takes longer but is still quick.

Amazingly, this is a real chocolate pudding, not a fake shortcut version. It is important not to overdo the amount of cornstarch; if in doubt, put slightly less rather than more. You will know that the milk boiled if the top of the mixture is glossy; if it is not glossy, you should microwave it till it is and hope it does not overflow. Many thanks to the poster for making some of my evenings.

Very decadent treat to satisfy those chocolate cravings. My only problem is getting everything to dissolve completely. Somehow I always end up with little lumps. Also, I keep forgetting to add the vanilla after it's done in the microwave - oh well, it still tastes great. Maybe I will try adding it before I put it in the microwave so I don't forget next time!

I wasn't sure what "cornflour" was, I used cornstarch and it came out great! Make sure you mix really really well and make sure you microwave it in a big mug. My mug was half full and I thought it was okay and it boiled over in the microwave (oh well it needed to be cleaned anyway) But I thought it had a great chocolate flavor and it tasted great! Thanks!

This is very very chocolatey! Followed the directions to a T. Loved that you can make this so fast and easily. More milk might make this even better. Made for Veggie Tag.

Totally and unexpectedly luscious !!!! I doubled the mixture and then in my excitement forgot the vanilla but there will be a next time. I also doubled the cooking time as I had so much mixture and the result was thick and chocolatey. DD will be home shortly and she will be overjoyed with her snack !!
