- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
- In a small bowl stir together powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa.
- Chocolate Powdered Sugar is quite light in color. Dark chocolate cookies show it off best.
I used this on Polvoron With Cashews (Filipino Shortbread). The color is almost like regular powdered sugar, but it does taste chocolaty. I think this would be good on Baked Donut Muffins, or any other sweet muffin. Thanks for posting! Made for Sweet Traditions Tag.
