This was good, but a little strong! I suggest reducing the vodka and increasing the white chocolate liquor a little. I made my martinis more of a dessert drink, with whipped cream and chopped Junior Mints on top. Fun, fun, fun!

Delicious as it Looks October 04, 2013

Whoa. Wow. Stout. Next time I'll dial back the vodka. The overwhelming taste in mine tonight is first and foremost the vodka, and then the peppermint...and finally the chocolate. I'm not saying this isn't good--it is. But if you are looking for a smooth after dinner drink, this one isn't smooth. Its in your face. Be forewarned.

This is a refreshing drink, perfect for after dinner. I didn't have the Junior Mints so I skipped them, and garnished the drinks with fresh mint leaves instead. This was really good, but I want to also try it with the mints! Thank you for posting.

Oh, my, my! Can we say delicious, boys and girls? I even used the cheapo stuff I had on hand and it was easily worth five stars. I can't imagine how perfect it will be with the good booze. Thanks for the drink recipe I'll be serving on Christmas Eve.
