Chocolate Pecan Pie

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the bottom of the uncooked pie shell and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and flour, until well mixed; add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
  • Add the vanilla and pecans, mix and pour evenly into pie shell on top of the chocolate chips. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set.
  • Let cool completely.
