Great for a Morning meal or a snack any time of the day! Full of the right carbs, fats, and protein.
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
- 30 g chocolate protein powder (Whey)
- add oats to water and cook as normal on stove or microwave.
- when oats are done, add peanut butter and protein powder and mix well.
Solid bodybuilding breakfast. I used oat bran instead of rolled oats and chose crunchy peanut butter (my favorite). Will definitely make this again, thanks.
I ate this as a snack. I was craving something sweet, and this did the trick for me! Plus it's loaded with protein! Very important for me since I am a vegetarian... I have a hard time getting enough in my diet! Thanks for the post.
