    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 fluid ounce espresso
    • 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
    • 1/2 ounce peanut butter
    • 6 ounces milk, Steamed

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Combine espresso, peanut butter and syrup in cup.

      Fill with steamed milk.
    3. 3
      Top with chocolate whipped cream.
    4. 4
      Garnish with chopped peanuts.

      Like White Rose Child, I too used a French press. I found that no matter how long I mixed it the peanut butter never became totally smooth with no lumps at the bottom of the cup, which I think is the nature of the beast. It was still a very good brew. Made for Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe.

      *Gaaah* Who could possibly resist? I savored this indulgence thoroughly! I think the amounts of choco and peanut butter could be played with between 1-2 Tbsp. Be sure to mix well, as I had a lot of (albeit tasty) peanut butter bits floating around in the last 1/3 of my cup! Also I used french press coffee, rather than espresso. Still divine! Thanks so much for posting!
