Like White Rose Child, I too used a French press. I found that no matter how long I mixed it the peanut butter never became totally smooth with no lumps at the bottom of the cup, which I think is the nature of the beast. It was still a very good brew. Made for Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe.

*Gaaah* Who could possibly resist? I savored this indulgence thoroughly! I think the amounts of choco and peanut butter could be played with between 1-2 Tbsp. Be sure to mix well, as I had a lot of (albeit tasty) peanut butter bits floating around in the last 1/3 of my cup! Also I used french press coffee, rather than espresso. Still divine! Thanks so much for posting!
