  2. This is the best fudge. It's the good old fashioned kind I remember my Mom making. I am so happy to have found this recipe! Thank You!!

  3. Very easy and quick to make....Taste as good as Macanac Island fudge or better!

  4. I can't believe how great this fudge is!! It's smooth and creamy, but not with the mushy texture. This is the kind you can actually bite! It's really too good! I couldn't leave it alone! Easy to make too. It only took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Thanks for this great recipe!

  5. Inez, this is an excellent fudge. Is the cream of tartar the secret ingredient. This is the very first time I have seen it in a fudge recipe. No wonder you are famous for this fudge! =)

  1. Thanks for an excellent recipe! I have been on the hunt for this type of fudge and I now have found it! I didn't have a themometer (might invest in one now) and I used golden syrup instead of corn syrup as I had none and used granulated peanuts as I don't like walnuts plus my peanut butter was super crunchy so it went well and it still turned out Yummo! Thanks Mizznezz for all your great recipes I have tried many of them now and all have become permanent keepers and everyday recipes I use now so thanks heaps!

  2. Very YUMMY fudge, glad I came across it, was very easy to make, I used chunky peanut butter instead of plain, and didn't add any nuts, as there was some already in the peanut butter. I will be making this recipe alot!! Thank you for posting it!!!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
