Chocolate Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Preheat oven to medium heat. In a large mixer bowl, beat margarine, peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the dries together: flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  • Add dries to wets and stir until well mixed. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into balls and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until just set. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet (cookies are soft and will fall apart otherwise!).
