I made this cake for my husband for his birthday as he has a complete and total chocolate/peanut butter obsession. He loved every bite, as did everyone at his work and friends we had over when I made it again later. I can't figure out how to keep it from falling once I open the oven to check on it, but no one seems able to tell once it's frosted and inverted from the bundt pan. It's awesome!!!!! Just how I like my cakes too... not overly rich and dense, not too fluffy and airy-- just right.
I made this for where I work in a local coffee/cafe. We do all our own cooking/baking and bundts are something we make weekly to sell by the slice. So, I've taken it upon myself to be the official bundt maker since I have all these wonderful recipes to access here at Zaar. I choose yours this time and it did not disappoint. I sold two pieces with in one hour of putting it out. Rave reviews. 5stars for both the cake and frosting.
