Ive been making these for years and take them one step further. I let them age and them dip them in melted Dove bar chocolate, half the recipe milk chocalte and the other half dark chocolate and oo la la are they ever yummy.
Really good use of extra orange rum! A lot of effort to make, but very tasty. Great for parties!
My sister has been making these very popular"cookies" for several years now, but using regular rum. Since Bacardi R (raspberry) was on hand, she used that instead of the orange. All of her co-workers who start confirming that she'll be making these again were apparently thrilled with this new version.
