  1. Combine flour and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Beat butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Sit in oats,3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts.
  6. Spread into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 22-28 minutes or until center is set.
  8. Immediately sprinkle with remaning chocolate chips,let stand for 5 minutes or until chips are shiny.
  9. Spread cips and sprinkle with remaning nuts.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Cut into bars.

Easy and tasty! Made with sultanas instead of walnuts (my little boy's daycare has a no-nut policy and I wanted these for his morning tea) and they were a winner!
