  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Roll 30 small balls - approx 1/2 tbsp each.
  3. You can roll the balls in a bit of cocoa if you wish.
  4. Cool for 2 hours in the fridge.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
