  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container.
  2. Process on high for 1 minute.
  3. Pour into serving dishes.
  4. Chill until set.
  5. Top with whipped cream.

I just loved it! We had some family over for New Years Day for dinner and my sister made your mousse for dessert. She made a brownie and then layered it with your mousse and then topped it with whipped cream and some chocolate sprinkles. She didn't use the creme de menthe because it was being served to some children. But everyone just loved it and this recipe is definitely a keeper!
