Easy but makes it look like you took all day.
- Combine 1/4 cup of the whipping cream with the chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth when stirred with a spoon.
- Beat the rest of the cream until stiff peaks form.
- (don't let it turn into butter) Fold the chocolate mixture in to the whipped cream.
- Chill and serve.

Wonderful chocolate mousse! I used a combination of four different types of chips (white, special dark, semi-sweet, milk) and pre-sweetened whipped cream. I served with fresh whipped cream and a chocolate heart garnish. Thanks for sharing!
