I found this recipe in a vegetarian newsletter, and since I had never tried tofu, I thought i'd give this a shot. It ended up being quite a treat.
- 16 ounces silken tofu
- 3⁄4 cup semisweet chocolate, melted
- In a blender, puree the tofu to a smooth paste.
- Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly.
- Pour the mousse into six individual bowls and chill.
