For a quick chocolate fix, this is unbelievable. Rich and sinfully sweet, but such a small amount you won't have to worry about overindulging. This is from mysimplerecipes.net

Ingredients Nutrition

Directions

  1. Place margarine in microwave-safe mug. Zap 20 seconds to melt.
  2. Add sugar. Zap 20 seconds.
  3. Add cocoa and flour.
  4. Add milk. Stir to blend.
  5. Note -- where the ingredient amounts say tablespoon, it should read "heaping spoon". I used the large spoon from my kitchen cutlery, commonly called a tablespoon or soup spoon.

This was fantastic only I'm wondering why it doesn't say to stick it back in the microwave after all the ingredients have been added. I finished by microwaving for 1 minute and that made it into a wonderful, perfect brownie in a mug for one. Before I cooked it it was just a room-temperature chocolate soup with some lumps. Anyways, delicious with that one additional step of microwaving it for 1 minute.

Easy way to fix a chocolate fix without anyone knowing!!! It's so rich that I don't think that I could stand another one.

The instructions are incomplete, however. They need to say "zap it for 30 secs to 1 minute" as the last step.

So easy and just right for a single serving chocolate fix. I used unsalted butter instead of margarine, so I added a pinch of salt. I also put it back in the microwave after stirring in the flour, cocoa and milk and cooked for 50 seconds. Might try a couple of chocolate chips thrown in next time. I will be making this often, thank you!
