I loved this!! I only had about 3 oz. of cream cheese but I really don't think it needed any more. I used about 1/2 teaspoon of expresso powder and a touch of cinnamon in mine and it was a delight to the taste buds!

Awesome recipe! I used a 1.4 ounce box of Jell-O chocolate sugar free/fat free pudding. I also used fat free cream cheese and instead of whipping cream, I used 3/4 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup fat free half and half. It came out great! I needed to take the fat in the original recipe down for the type of diet I'm on. Doesn't change consistency or flavor. Would definitely make again.

Best low carb dessert I've tried so far! Next time I will add less cream cheese though.

This dessert is fabulous for those on a low carb diet!!! We made the peppermint version. It was a great after-dinner snack.

Yummy! It's a nice change from the same old same pudding. I left some clumps of cream cheese in mine...not on purpose, I was just lazy, lol. Still tasted great though. I used the almond extract and am looking forward to trying peppermint. (If I woulda been thinking, I should have seperated it into 2 halves and tried almond in one and peppermint in the other) Thanks for posting! Made for Elf Appreciation Cook-A-Thon. :)

This was really good stuff. It didn't make it to the fridge to be chilled. The 7yo DD and I whipped this up last night as a last minute dessert. I used a 4oz box of pudding, cos it was all I had. We almost forgot to add the cocoa, but with that much pudding, I don't think we would have missed it. We used an almond extract. We added a little powdered sugar to sweeten it up a little too. Good stuff. Made and Reviewed for Elf Appreciation Oct 08. Thanks :)

This is just awesome, and I don't often use that term. Make this and you will be doing yourself a favor. It is thick, creamy and smooth just like a well made mousse. I reduced the almond extract by half and used the sugarless chocolate fudge pudding. I also used non-fat cream cheese. An electric hand held mixer works well. Beat it untill it is well mixed and the cream cheese is blended throughout. It will be thick. It was better after it was chilled for 2 hours. Thanks, Kathy!!

This produced a mousse consistency pudding. Peppermint extract and mint extract or not created equal. I did use a reduced amount of mint extract and could have reduced it a bit more. I am looking forward to making this again with peppermint and orange extract. Made for *Elf Appreciation* in Photo Forum.
