One brand of spread is Belgian Chocolate Spread. This smooth and creamy spread is a European tradition ideal spread on toast, waffles, croissants, pancakes or tried on bagels or muffins.
- 1⁄2 ounce green creme de menthe
- 1 ounce Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 ounce cream
- 1 teaspoon chocolate spread
- Dissolve the teaspoon of chocolate spread in a splash of boiling water.
- Add the Creme de Menthe, the Amarula and the single cream.
- Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
