My DH loved this. I couldn't have any because I'm alergic to peppermint, hmmmmmmm maybe thats why he made it??? lol
- 5 peppermint candies
- 1 tablespoon hershey's cocoa
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Crush candies in blender.
- Add cocoa and sugar; blend well.
- Add milk and ice cream.
- Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
- Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
