    Directions:

      Mix in a sauce pan -- brown sugar, butter & water until melted, add chocolate chips and melt.

      Once melted, remove from heat & cool in a mixing bowl (about 10 min.).

      Beat eggs, 1 at a time, into mixture.
    4. 4
      Separately, mix together flour & baking soda.
    5. 5
      Gradually add the dry ingredients to melted mixture.

      Cover & chill for 1 hour.

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Shape dough into balls, bake on tinfoiled pan/parchment paper for 12-13 minutes or until they look puffy and cracked.

      Immediately put 1/2 one Andes mint on top of cooked cookie, before it has totally cooled.
    10. 10
      Once the mint melts, swirl around on cookie.
