This was very good! I wound up adding some French vanilla non-dairy creamer to it as the mint ice cream's sweetness was lost to the coffee and the creme de cacao. Made for photo tag.

This is an interesting combination of flavors and I liked how the ice cream started melting into the coffee. I think this would also be really good using chocolate ice cream and I might try that. (made for My 3 Chefs game)
