The recipe came with this introduction: "On these cool October evenings, Make yourself a nice cup of hot chocolate And sit down to write in your journal Or write your personal history!"
- 1 (1 lb) boxinstant chocolate
- 1 (8 quart) package powdered milk
- 4 ounces non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- Mix: 1/3 cup of mix with 2/3 cup of hot water.
I used Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa and made as posted. This mixture made a great cup of hot chocolate on a cool rainy Spring morning. Thanks for sharing your grandmas recipes with us! Made for PAC Spring 2011 ~ORPHANAGE~
