I love the mix of chocolate and white chocolate and peppermint. I used a good dark chocolate and it was delicious.

I loved this for how easy it was to make. The taste was good as long as I used quality chocolate. Next time I will crush the Candy cane smaller, and mix it into the chocolates separately before pouring. The bigger chunks do tend to get chewy.

I made this to give as gifts this christmas. It was very simple and I got rave reviews from everyone who tried it. I added a bit of green chocolate wafers to give it a more festive color. It looked pretty and tasted yummy too.

Made this to put on my goodie gift trays. Very easy to put together and the finished bark looked so pretty and was very tasty! Made it almost week in advance and it was still fresh tasting when I gave it. Thanks for posting. I'll definitely be making this again next year.

This looked real festive but didn't taste all that thrilling. Also, the candy cane got a bit chewy and made for sort of a weird texture.
