Chocolate Malted Milk Shake

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup malt drink powder
• 1⁄2 cup chocolate syrup
• 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
• 1⁄2 cup milk, cold

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or milk-shake machine.
2. Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes and pour into a tall glass.

I made this on our first 80 degree day of the year for me & DS to enjoy. Oh! It was thick & rich & chocolaty! Perfect. I always have malt powder on hand for a cookie recipe I like to use but I rarely, if ever use it in drinks. We really enjoyed this one. Made as directed except I used sugar free chocolate syrup (not usually what I would use, but what we've been buying to get DD to drink milk. ;)) I still felt it was plenty sweet & didn't feel like I missed out at all. DS raved like crazy over this. Made & enjoyed in Don's memory. We're thinking of you, lazyme!
