I recently made some macaroons that called for superfine sugar, but couldn't find any at the store. I found a suggestion to give regular granulated sugar a whir in the blender to get a superfine texture. It worked perfectly! Just remember to give the contents a minute to settle before removing the lid or you will get a noseful of sugar dust. I can't wait to try this recipe with soymilk! I'll be back soon to give it some stars!
Very good. Tasted so much like fudgesicles it was unbelievable. Hubby and Carly enjoyed theirs with the sauce but I preferred it without. Either way, the three of us enjoyed it very much. TFS, made for Beverage Tag.
This dessert has a deep and wonderful chocolate flavor! I don't miss the cream at all. This will become a regular in our home from now on. I used the ice cream maker attachment for my Kitchenaid mixer so it was very easy as well.
