  • In a small bowl, mix dry ingredients well.
  • Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add dry ingredients, stirring constantly.
  • Slowly stir in milk.
  • Stir constantly and cook until thickened.
  • Add vanilla extract to taste.
  • Serve over biscuits.
