Yum, Yum...I love all these flavor combinations Anna. There isn't one bad thing to say about this drink. You could adjust the amount of icecream used depending on the thickness you'd like your drink to be. I also added 2 icecubes as my coffee was still warm. Didn't make any difference. Fab!!! Wanted to try this bcz I only have creme de menthe (not de cacoa) and I love mint and chocolate!!! Very tasty and the only complaint I have (although it's a universal thing for me, not just this ice cream drink) is that it isn't thick enough! :) I would rather it be more like a shake, so I added more ice cream and some ice, but maybe I would reduce the coffee next time, as it still wasn't thick enough. I like my smoothies really thick too. Thanks Annacia!
