I'm not sure why more people haven't made this cake, but I just finished making it and it is great! The only change I made was to sub the evaporated milk with 2% milk.
This was excellent! Moist, delicious - everything the recipe promised! I followed the recipe exactly, and as soon as the cake was out of the oven, I made the fudge topping and poured over the cake. This is quite rich so best served with a glass of milk. Yum!
What a CAKE! I put butter, water and cocoa in the pan and brought to a boil for 2 minutes.I also mixed milk, sugar and butter at same time for frosting. I used the Hershey's Dark cocoa for this recipe and added 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to frosting. FANTASTIC! Thanks for sharing this great recipe c0dphish!
