When I made this recipe I used sugar free chocolate pudding. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by SnoDov.
- Blend ProScore, pudding and water, add ice cubes, blend till crushed with ice slivers still un-melted.
- Pour into insulated cup (makes about 16 oz) And eat it with a tiny silver spoon (optional).
