- 1 2⁄3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons light margarine
- 2⁄3 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 14 large marshmallows
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- In heavy duty sauce pan- melt margarine and sugarand evaporated milk.
- Bring to boil- stirring constantly.
- Boil on low for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Stir until melted.
- Pour into 8X8 greased pan.
- Let cool.
