-
100 portions
ingredients
- 365 g dark chocolate
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 (395 g) can sweetened condensed milk
directions
- Put all the ingredients in a a bowl, I prefer to use a glass bowl as there's less chance of the chocolate splitting and it's easier to use in the microwave.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and give a quick stir with a metal spoon. Then return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds on high.
- Remove and stir until all the chocolate and butter has melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Pour mixture into a 20cm x 20 cm baking tin lined with foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
- When the fudge is firm, turn it out onto a chopping board and peel back the foil. Cut the fudge into small peices about 2x2cm as it's quite rich.
- Perfect for an after dinner treat with coffee.
