  1. Stir together margarine, butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Sift icing sugar and stir in.
  6. Stir until smooth.

I used all butter. A good frosting for a pan of brownies or a pan cake.
