The only problem that I have with this recipe is that I can't seem to stay away from them! I seem to be addicted. I nibbled when I made them and I keep coming back for more nibbles! They are supposed to be for my husband's lunch! Really great, easy recipe! Thank you for the inches to my waistline :)
I used to make these a lot when I was a teenager and just starting to experiment with cooking. I have 3 brothers and they always devoured them with glee! I lost the recipe back then and just happened to come across it here! Now I am the Mom in my own house and I am going to make these with my son right now as it is a rainy Sunday and also Football Day! Go Bucs!!!! Thanks so much for the recipe! I never knew them as "Frogs", but my son will love that name!
One of DH's favs, as is anything with peanut butter. I make these a lot in the winter. So easy and so yummy!!
These go very quickly in my house. I've made this recipe countless times and each time served it and shared it with so many people. This recipe got fans all over the world :) I have to agree with your BF on these. these are quick and yummy too. Guess what! I just made a batch of these again, too hard to resist when there is a pic too with the recipe.
These were so easy and my husband loved them. Unlike others, I have never heard of this recipe and was thrilled to have something soooo easy to do for my chocolate-lover. Didn't change a thing and will definitely make these again. Thanks, SG!
OMG. So dang delicious!!! And, oh, so easy!!! I didn't have crunchy peanut butter on hand, so I just used creamy. Will definitely make again!!!
way less sweet then I thought they would be! I made it exactly as written. Sure to be a big hit at DH's work!
I use to make these when my oldest son was little, but i had lost this recipe. Albertsons use to sell these once in awhile; but had stopped years ago. And now my youngest son is allergic to all nuts. So when i first found this recipe i couldn't make them. But just recently i have discovered a product called "Sunbutter", it's like peanut butter, except it's made from sunflower seeds; (no nuts), and it taste alot like peanut butter, it's deffinitly just as tasty as peanut butter and it's healthier. So anyway, i finally made these and they are just as good as i remember them being. Thank you so much Sackville for this recipe.
These are so good! They were super easy to make and the balance between chocolate and peanut butter was perfect! Thanks for posting your recipe :)
These are super easy to make!My husband loves them as he is a chocolate addict besides. I have to practice some control, as I will gain pounds unmercifully. Lucky for me, I am not much of a sweet eater at the best of times.
