This is one of my boyfriends favourite recipes and a good sweet dish to make in hot weather since there's no oven involved to heat up your kitchen. You can also sub museli for the oats.

  1. Mix sugar, butter, cocoa and milk together in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper or a cookie sheet.

The only problem that I have with this recipe is that I can't seem to stay away from them! I seem to be addicted. I nibbled when I made them and I keep coming back for more nibbles! They are supposed to be for my husband's lunch! Really great, easy recipe! Thank you for the inches to my waistline :)

I used to make these a lot when I was a teenager and just starting to experiment with cooking. I have 3 brothers and they always devoured them with glee! I lost the recipe back then and just happened to come across it here! Now I am the Mom in my own house and I am going to make these with my son right now as it is a rainy Sunday and also Football Day! Go Bucs!!!! Thanks so much for the recipe! I never knew them as "Frogs", but my son will love that name!
