It took me twice as long to put this together as the prep time suggested but it was absolutely worth the trouble. This is one of the best desserts I've ever had, much less made myself. I served it on a white plate with Hersey's chocolate syrup striped across. I used Ghiradelli's semi-sweet chocolate for the swirl - use the good stuff for this cheesecake!
