I had some leftover eggnog from Xmas and was looking for different ways to use it. I found this on a Monin website.
- 30 ml chocolate syrup
- 1⁄4-1⁄3 cup freshly brewed espresso
- steamed eggnog
- cocoa powder, to dust
- Combine espresso & chocolate syrup.
- Top with steamed eggnog and dust with cocoa or chocolate powder.
