I had some leftover eggnog from Xmas and was looking for different ways to use it. I found this on a Monin website.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 30 ml chocolate syrup
  • 14-13 cup freshly brewed espresso
  • steamed eggnog
  • cocoa powder, to dust

Directions

  1. Combine espresso & chocolate syrup.
  2. Top with steamed eggnog and dust with cocoa or chocolate powder.
