  1. Yum! Rather than drizzling with chocolate, you can also dip the baked cookies in the melted chocolate/shortening then sprinkle with chopped nuts.

  2. Oh my!!!! Wish I could give these 10 stars. These cookies are fabulous and very easy to make too. Everyone asked for the recipe (I almost hated to give it to them). Thanks so much for sharing, BreezyToo. (Oh by the way, thank you so much for the beautiful picture of my Zucchini & Cheese Patties).

  4. I really loved these shortbread cookies - I did drizzle them with chocolate but I loved the plain shortbread recipe the best!! These are really easy to make. I can just imagine decorating these with royal icing flowers for a special occasion. Made for Spring PAC 2009.

  5. What I like most about these cookies is that they are not as sweet as some other cookies. Since I made them for Christmas cookies trays, I love having a cookies like that on the tray. They are super easy to make, too. I just drizzled mine with a fork dipped in the chocolate. Thanks for posting!
