You can't go wrong with this gem of a peanut butter cookie. They are good on their own (had to try one warm from the oven) and even better dipped in the chocolate and chopped peanuts. They look like you really slaved over them but are so easy to make! Thanks Sharon for yet another keeper from your collection.
I made these cookies with DS for Santa Claus. We put them near the Christmas tree the night before Christmas. I thought DS liked them. But yesterday and today I offered him some cookies and he didn't want, told me he didn't like. That's weird cause he likes cookies and with chocolate even more. And he likes peanut butter. Me I like the taste. They're very good. It's just that they're too chewy. Probably because there is not flour in them. It makes beautiful cookies. Thanks Sharon. Made for Please Review My Recipe.
delicious and simple! thanks.
These are fabulous cookies. Dh, who is a major peanut butter and chocolate fan, loved them, no real suprise there. However, my boys who aren't big peanut butter fans loved them also. I had to make a second batch a couple days later. And they look so nice on the plate. A definite keeper. Thanks!
These are awesome cookies! They were perfectly done after 18 minutes. I made a double batch, only dipped half in the nuts. A very nice addition to a cookie tray. Thank you!
Wow!! What an elegant way to serve a classic! I took Kaarin's advice and only dipped half of them in chopped peanuts for the contrast. Both varieties were excellent. I used dark chocolate chips for the coating. Thanks for sharing!
