Eat up and slim down. This came from Health magazine. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 small banana, cut into 1-inch chunks
- Place chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate melts.
- Dip banana pieces halfway into melted chocolate; serve immediately.
