    Chef Buggsy's Note:

These Chocolate bites are really tasty. During the summer we like to freeze them and eat them ice cold. They definite do not last long though. Note: time does not include the 20 minute chilling period.

I'm so glad I tried this recipe! Easy to make candies that look adorable. I did half in gold candy papers (macadamia nuts) & the other half in red papers with the cherries. I don't have a double boiler so I just used the microwave to melt the chocolate. I ended up with almost 30 candies to use up all the chocolate & whipped cream. I also like them best in the freezer. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Chef Buggsy! This special baby was adopted from the PAC Spring 2008 orphanage.
