The easiest and most amazing cake. Used this as our second Birthday cake and everybody loved it. I left my biscuits in quite large peices and it looked great on the side TY for a hit Wendy & Bob

This is just how our neighbour use to make their fudge. A great recipe for little helpers to make. My 3 year old was so proud of herself to think that *she* made this. I used the microwave to zap the chocolate and butter together and added a good handful of sultanas. Fabulous no cook fudge.

Awesome little treat. I scaled this down a whole lot and used a mixture of shortbread and graham crackers broken up since I cant find digestive biscuits here. Took about 3 hours to firm up completly. I uses a mixture of chocolate too. Excellent dessert!
