    • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package butter recipe cake mix
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    • 3 (1 1/2 ounce) chocolate-covered english toffee bars, cut into pieces
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 32 caramels, unwrapped
    • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

    Directions:

      Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the cake.

      mix, oil, and eggs; blend well. Stir in the chocolate and white.
