Chocolate Crisps

"I wanted a crisp chocolate cookie without the chips and nuts; so after scouring the internet and not finding any, I made up my own. I also added almond extract because i wanted the nut flavor; but I believe that vanilla extract would be great as well as an orange extract. So if anyone tries this I hope you like it; my son and I certainly did"
