  1. Bring margarine and water to a boil.
  2. Blend flour in, beating it into a ball.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and beat well, work fast as not to cook the eggs.
  4. Spread mixture into a greased 9" x 13" glass pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Cool crust.
  6. For filling:.
  7. Cream the cream cheese then mix in the pudding and milk.
  8. Spread over cooled crust.
  9. Top with Cool Whip.
  10. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  11. Keep refrigerated.
