  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter and flour a bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer.
  4. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  5. Prepare chocolate cake as directed.
  6. Fold in chocolate morsels.
  7. Pour chocolate batter into bundt pan.
  8. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto chocolate batter in a ring.
  9. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
  10. Cool on a wire rack for 25 minutes.
  11. Remove from pan and cool completely.
  12. Sprinkle powder sugar on top of cake.
  13. Store in fridge and serve cold.
