Chocolate covered peanut clusters

"I love anything chocolate and peanuts just make it so much better, so here is a wonderful easy recipe for all you chocolate lovers. I use it around the holidays when I don't have time to bake."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 24 pieces, depending on size

ingredients

• 340.19 g bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 170.09 g bag butterscotch chips
• 453.59 g Spanish peanut
• 1 sheet wax paper

directions

1. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in a heavy pan, or a double boiler.
2. Once melted add in peanuts.
3. Use a spoon to make clusters on a piece of wax paper.
4. Let set for 4-6 hours.

I've been making these peanut clusters for years. They are incredibly easy to make and so very delicious. They make great gifts at Christmas time.
